Open Canoe and Stand-Up Paddle Boarding Trips on the Helford
New dates have been added for paddle board and canoe trips in May; however, if you would like to book a trip on a date not listed in our calendar, please get in touch to arrange.
We are very pleased to be offering Open Canoe and Stand-Up Paddle Boarding trips along the Helford River with Immerse Outdoors.
Immerse Outdoors are an experienced local outdoor activity company led by Drew Pilley. Drew has over 30 years’ experience leading open canoe and paddle boarding experiences, and is bringing his expertise and local knowledge to visitors here at Gweek.
Choose from a 3-hour open canoe trip or a 3-hour paddle board trip. A picnic lunch can be provided upon request; catering options can be discussed to suit your requirements.
We can also arrange for a full day’s adventure, with an Open Canoe/SUP trip and lunch aboard our Victorian launch boat Constance. Please contact us for details or to book, or fill out the form below.

Details
Open Canoe and Stand Up Paddle Board sessions can be led as relaxed trips, taking in the quiet beauty of the Helford River, or as a skill session.
Day trips leave from the boatyard on the ebb tide and return on the flow, so must be arranged in advance. Our office team will advise on suitable times and dates upon booking.

Terms & Conditions
GDPR: Please note we will share your details with Immerse Outdoors in order to arrange your booking. We will not share your information with any other party aside from Gweek Classic Boatyard and Immerse Outdoors.
Cancellations and Refunds
Any changes to your session once booked must be communicated direct to Immerse Outdoors or will come direct from your instructor. Contact details will be passed to you upon confirmation of your reservation.
A refund or alternative date will be given if Immerse Outdoors cancels an activity for any reason. We will still continue with sessions in the rain (these days are sometimes the most magical). We do however cancel due to wind conditions.
Refunds will not be given for any activity booking cancellations with less than one week’s notice. With two weeks’ notice we will refund 50% of your payment, and with one month notice we will refund 100%.
