Bookings

Bookings should be made using the booking form here, or by phoning the Gweek Classic Boatyard office on 01326 221657. Please use the availability calendar to select the date you would like to book. You will be able to find catering options on our Catering Options page: if you would like a bespoke catering service tailored to your needs please speak to the office directly.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your booking along with directions to the pick up point.

Payment will be taken in full upon confirmation of your booking.

If you would like to book the whole boat for large parties, please contact the office.

Cancelling your booking

We ask that if you do need to cancel your booking you let us know in good time. Bookings cancelled more than 10 days before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 10 days and 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. We regret that we cannot offer a refund on bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before departure.

Cancellation due to weather

Although we will do our very best to honour bookings, we may on occasion need to cancel or postpone trips due to weather or other circumstances outside of our control. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange; if no alternative date is suitable we will offer a full refund.

Health and safety

Constance is crewed by a qualified, professional team who have your safety as their first priority. Lifejackets will be available for all guests. Children's lifejackets are available upon arrangement.

Disabled access

Guests should be aware that Constance will be boarded via transfer between two boats which does mean that disabled access is limited. The boat is accessed via steps so guests should be confident boarding a boat in this way. If you are unsure about accessibility please contact our team who will be able to advise you.
