Built to RCD Category C this nearly new vessel is a very versatile polish built 24ft lift keel boat. The New Classic 700 has a large, wide cockpit with more than sufficient room when day sailing. With four berths she is light and airy down below and extremely well finished and with the aft end of the cockpit closed makes her very safe for family sailing. With a draft shallow enough for creek exploration she is also capable and comfortable enough for coastal cruising. Her double skinned construction filled with polyurethane foam makes her virtually unsinkable.  If you are looking for a modern weekender then look at the savings on new with this one.

To ensure stability, the Norfolk Gypsy combines heavy construction with internal ballast and a firm turn of the bilge. The modest high peaked gaff (gunter) rig has been designed to give excellent performance in both light airs and stronger winds and is easily handled in rough weather. The simple slab reefing system for the mainsail and the roller reefing system for the genoa provides fast and efficient reefing. The mainsail has been carefully cut to maximise windward performance. The Norfolk Gypsy can also be sailed on either mainsail or jib alone.

The boat has been designed specifically to be trailable and is very easy to launch and recover. Lora has a road trailer which is included in the price.

The Seadog was first introduced in 1964. They offer an unusual combination of qualities - a good enough and tough enough heavy-displacement sailing boat to cross oceans, yet relatively shallow draught and the ability to take the ground with its triple keel. Add in a deep safe cockpit protected from the worst of the weather by a fixed windscreen, and masts in tabernacles so they can be lowered if necessary without outside assistance, and you have a genuinely go-almost-anywhere boat, from ocean passages to the French canals.

This craft was launched in 1966 and continued up to 1974. The boat is a large cockpit cruiser with an evolved hull design from a stretched Elysian 27. 
The cabin is open plan, but with 2 built in wardrobes and the option to hang curtains giving optional privacy to the large double bed forward.  The boat has a large cockpit and open-backed wheelhouse, which has enough room to place a blowup mattress on the engine bay to create a double berth.

The boat is a round bilge hull design of semi displacement style.

This Mahogany Clinker Launch was made for the London Boat Show in 1960.  Her first owner named her after a Royal Navy Minesweeper.  Later she came to Marazion where she was owned by Lord St Leven on St Michaels Mount and after a time became one of the ferries to and from the Mount.  The current owner now uses for pleasure on the Helford River.

Sunstream is a Windfall class/30 square metre yacht and is being sold to raise money for Shelter Box. She needs to undergo a complete programme of restoration with the exception of new frames and new deadwood (2008).

Money Penny is a lifting twin keel version also known as the Skipper Mariner which isbelieved to have been manufactured from late 1970's though to 1985 on behalf of Richmond Marine by Anderson, Rigden and Perkins in Whitstable, Kent, England.

The lifting keel makes her a great boat for exploring those hidden creeks that bigger boats cant get into. It also makes her easy to beach, launch and recover as she is capable of fitting on a trailer for easy launching. However there is no trailer with her.

18ft Gaff Rigged Cutter built in the 1970's by Chesford Marine in Devon.  She is of Mahogany on Oak construction and is fitted with a Vire 7hp 2 stroke enginethat was professionally rebuilt in 2006. This vessel requires some TLC to bring her back to her former glory.  A great family boat with traditional character that is adeal for exploring the Helford Creeks.
