Bristol Pilot Cutter 'Alpha' with Trawler yacht 'Reliance' nearing completion in the background

David and his Team specialise in the restoration and re-fit of all types of vessels. Recent projects include Bristol Channel Pilot Cutters 'Marian', 'Margueruete' and 'Kindly Light', and Classic Yacht restoration of 1964 Sparkman and Stephens 'Cometta'. The Bristol Channel Pilot Cutter 'Alpha' is about to be craned ashore for David and his team to begin major structural work and refit. 'Reliance' is shortly to be launched and exported to Canada after a major conversion from fisheries research vessel to trawler yacht.

Pilot Cutter Tallulah on sea trials

Traditional boatbuilder and designer of classic wooden Pilot Cutters, Luke Powell works on the lines of historic Cutters from the Isles of Scilly. 'Tallulah', was launched in April and after successfully completing her sea trials will be off to her home port, Chichester. Luke and his team are now working on his 7th vessel due for launch Spring 2009.
